Kaslik Mediterranean Cuisine: A Hidden Gem for Authentic Mediterranean Dining

ATTENTION: I've been to this restaurant numerous times. I love this place. Look below! Food: Food is phenomenal, authentic, and delicious. Always hot and made to order with plenty of flavor to go around. I have absolutely zero complaints. On top of all that they are graded an "A" by the Missouri Department of Health. Service: Always great. Never once in the multiple visits have I had any rude service or any disrespect of any kind. I wouldn't change anything even if I wanted to. Atmosphere: Great atmosphere, clean establishment, with a great Mediterranean interior and soft music in the background. All in all, I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Mediterranean cuisine, or anyone willing to try something new to push them forward with trying this restaurant. Go now!

My girlfriend and I were wanting to try something new, and boy were we happily surprised with Kaslik. Best humus I've ever had, the shawarma had so much flavor, and the baclava was the real kicker with the Arabic coffee. The presentation and service was amazing. I highly recommend Kaslik for some great Middle Eastern food.

The service was excellent! The waiter was friendly and checked on us appropriately. The food was delicious! My son said best falafel he's ever had! Lots of vegan options for him. We also tried the lamb kabob pita, the chicken shawarma pita,pickles,grape leaves and fried cheese. Everything except the fried cheese was delicious. The cheese was rubbery and tasted like it was reheated. They gave us complementary baklava which was delicious! The sandwiches are much more reasonable than the entrees. $10 vs $20 approximately. It is a Palestinian restaurant, and the waiter was from Algers. The were very polite - my son was wearing a star of David and there was no animosity. Definitely would return

Food is amazing! Service is great! Atmosphere also good...soft music plays in the background. Bathrooms are very clean! I love this place and eat here often!!

Wonderful, freshly prepared Mediterranean Cuisine! Good people behind the counter and in the kitchen, too. Great atmosphere inside, with some free parking. Most customers appeared to be placing orders to go, like me. The minimal parking lot seems to reflect this. Please read the plethora of food awards and positive reviews that are displayed in their dining area. I’ve included pictures with this review here on Google.

What a great meal at Kaslik. Started with the Lentil Soup and then had Makdous - stuffed pickled eggplant which I Must say was interesting and unique and you would enjoy if you like pickled things. The labneh, hummus and baba ganoush were all excellent. The Chicken Shawarma was perfectly seasoned. We also had the Greek Salad and finished with the Semolina Cake. Service was excellent and we plan to go back and try more things on the menu.

Food was okay—nothing amazing, but tasted good. The inside vibe and ambience were really nice (you wouldn’t expect it from the outside). I had the gyro with rice platter, but honestly, it felt overpriced and the portion wasn’t great. kebab was dry. Looked like just one guy doing everything—greeting, serving, maybe even cooking!

This place was good! The entrees were a bit pricey though. I wish I hadn’t seen the pictures of menus a couple years ago when they were a more reasonable price lol. I do understand inflation, so I can’t really judge too much. I would go back again, though. I got the chicken schwarma sandwich, and the seasonings they used were unique and tasty! I loved the tahini they added in to it. I asked for extra pickles and it did seem like a pretty normal amount of pickles, but maybe they go light on pickles anyway? The fries were delicious, anyone who has eaten these types of fries knows that they are AWESOME. I would go back for the fries alone! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to people!
